AFS PRODUCTION tracks all components and costs associated with value-added production. True production costs are generated with actual costs calculated from work-in-progress or raw material (market, inventory, rollup or standard cost), by-products, packaging, labor, and overhead. The Production solution also calculates the variance of actual to standard costs and yield. Formulas can be modified with alternative components and defaults to conform to a specific customer group. Multiple formulas are combined to streamline the process and are tracked at each stage, from the raw material or separate components to the finished, accurately yielded product.
