As part of the Client’s Maintenance contract, AFS Technologies customer service staff is available to solve issues through phone, email, web or on-site visits. The customer service organization has the ability to solve problems by working with the end user directly, or by remotely accessing the client’s system to fix the problem. System updates and bug-fixes can also be delivered by overnight delivery. All customer requests for assistance are logged into an on-line Customer Assistance Request (CARE) system to track the speed and effectiveness of our service delivery and your problem resolution.
