Upon a successful AFS Advanced Enterprise implementation, AFS Technologies continues to provide the highest level of customer service through ongoing support and maintenance. As part of the Client´s Maintenance contract, AFS Technologies customer service staff is available to solve issues through phone, email, web or on-site visits.
The customer service organization has the ability to solve problems by working with the end user directly, or by remotely accessing the client´s system to fix the problem. System updates and bug-fixes can also be delivered by overnight delivery. All customer requests for assistance are logged into an on-line Customer Assistance Request (CARE) system to track the speed and effectiveness of our service delivery and your problem resolution.
